ABOUT OUR FOUNDATION

Help Ever, Hurt Never

Dr. Choksey Albinism Foundation was established in 2007 in Nairobi, Kenya. Over the years, we have become a very trusted and effective charitable foundation, working hard to improve the lives of people with Albinism in Eastern Africa.


Our goal is to bring hope and help people the Albinism celebrate their differences and unlock their full potential.

Here at Dr. Choksey Albinism Foundation, we reach out and assist people with Albinism. We hope to bring the East African community together to improve the quality of life of people with Albinism.

So far, we have reached and assisted over 1000 people with Albinism.

Our Vision is to have a society where people with Albinism are fully integrated, appreciated, and empowered to realize their full potential.

It Starts With the Will to Make a Difference

EDUCATION

The foundation runs a school sponsorship program for children with Albinism from low socio-economic backgrounds. The foundation supports the education of over 80 Albino children in East Africa

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Help Ever, Hurt Never initiative of the foundation reaches out to assist financially unstable people with Albinism. The money goes towards things like higher education, new businesses, courses and equipment needed to develop life skills such as IT and communication.

THE GIFT OF SIGHT

The foundation is addressing the visual challenges in people with Albinism by providing free ophthalmic services and photochromatic glasses to all people with Albinism and has reached over 1000 people
